LIVE UPDATES: Tornado observed near Rochester; tornado watch in southern MN, WI
Temperatures have dropped as a line of thunderstorms move through Minnesota and Wisconsin, with some observed tornadoes in southern Minnesota.
Storms are rolling through southeast Wisconsin Tuesday evening, with the potential for all types of severe weather, according to Storm Team 4.
Wisconsin is in the midst of a potential recording-breaking winter storm. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel provided updates on March 15 as a blizzard warning went into effect for much of the state.
NBC's morning news program led its March 16 broadcast with NBC News meteorologist Angie Lassman reporting live from the blizzard in downtown Green Bay. Standing by a snowbank near the Ferguson Family YMCA, she reported that the city picked up 17 inches of snow on March 15 – "the most in a single day in 137 years."
