As a mom of two, I'm not afraid to admit that I still pee my pants when I run sometimes. While most out things that are kind of embarrassing to admit, incontinence is common for mother runners (and non-moms too!) but not something you should have to deal with! I have to limit how much I drink and be sure to go to the bathroom right before starting my run, which is not ideal. I can't drink too much while I run, otherwise I will leak.
